Privacy and your data.
Your school's records belong to your school. This page explains, in plain words, how we look after them.

Your school owns its data
Student, parent, staff, fee and exam records belong to your school. We keep them to run NexaWise for you and for nothing else. We never sell them or use them for advertising.
Who can see what
Each school's records are kept apart from every other school's. Inside your school, roles decide who sees what: a teacher sees their classes, a branch head their campus, and a parent only their own children. Every change is recorded in an audit trail.
How it is kept safe
Connections are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and staff can turn on two-step sign-in. Files such as documents and photos are private and only shown to people allowed to see them.
Taking your data with you
Every list and report downloads as a CSV file at any time. If you leave, we help you take a full copy of your records.
Messages to parents and staff
NexaWise sends app notifications and emails only about the school: absences, fees, the diary, notices and results. People can choose which ones they get by email.
